The shape of woman’s buttocks has to be beautiful by nature. But women have different body types: somebody has good buttocks from birth and somebody has to make an effort. Girls and women can’t do without round butt and many of them would give all for having luxurious shapes. However, we ask not much: just 8 weeks and some efforts. - Every workout has its detailed description, step-by-step photo and video instruction and also animated instruction;

- When you finished workout, share your results on Facebook, twitter and other social networks.

- These programmes were created by sport and fitness professionals

The application supports Health app:
At your request, the data on completed training will be automatically added to the Health app.

Fast results, great app!
I bought this app based on looks (the pictures and colors were attractive) so naturally, I was skeptical about its effectiveness but I was in for a big surprise. The program starts off easy and I thought (based on day 1) that it wasnt going to be enough to achieve great results such as the girls shown in the app. But as I continued, the workouts got more intense and I realized the first days were just a stepping stone to build up your bodys resistance. Youll see a slight change by week 2 but mostly in the legs and thighs. By week 4 you can see a big change in overall lower body with the nicest change being the buttocks area. I love this app because the workouts are explained in detail and not crazy-impossible to mimic. You dont need a timer because you just have to follow along with the timer on screen. Everything is very sleek and simple. I absolutely recommend it! Cons: no rest days
